“Cookie Dough” Fat Bombs

Do I know anyone who DOESN’T love to snag a bite of cookie dough from the bowl? Cookie dough ice cream anyone?! OH I LOVE IT! These little morsels are an awesome, keto friendly treat if cookie dough is your thing!!

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz cream cheese softened

1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter

1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter

1 tsp stevia {1/3 cup swerve sweetener (erythritol) if this is what you prefer}…use more or less stevia to your taste!

1 tsp vanilla extract

4 oz DARK chocolate chips or chocolate chunks {go for 72% or more. omit for a lower carb far bomb!}

DIRECTIONS:

Put all ingredients in a mixer and combine well! Spoon dollops of dough onto parchment paper {I prefer using a small cookie dough scoop}.  Freeze cookie dough balls for about 30 minutes before enjoying. I usually store some in the fridge and the rest in the freezer for later.
