Fat Bombs are an easy, tasty way to get a nice dose of healthy fats during the day. I love having one as “dessert”. It used to be fudgy, peanut-buttery, caramel, whatever yummy flavors you can think of…ice cream of the day! Not anymore!
This recipe is easy and you can freeze the extras. Just be sure to store these in the fridge as the coconut oil will easily melt!!
•1 cup nut butter
•1 cup coconut oil
•1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
•1/3 cup almond flour
•1/4 tsp stevia
•dash of sea salt
Melt nut butter and coconut oil together enough that they mix well. Add remaining ingredients and combine well!
Put mixture in freezer for 30+ minutes until it has firmed up enough to form balls with.
I prefer using a small cookie dough scoop to form the balls. Otherwise, use your hands but work quickly as the coconut oil will start melting in your warm hands!
Store in fridge or freezer. When ready to eat, let one sit out for a few minutes to soften. Enjoy!!
