We are all about full fat foods in our diet. So delicious and it’s amazing how you stay satiated so much longer when you’re not going for the “fat-free”/”low-fat” junk that is typically full of fillers and extra sugar to make up for the fat.
You might want to double the recipe and put 1/2 in the recipe! They are seriously that good!
Preheat oven to 350F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or grease with butter or olive oil.
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice (we love pepper jack)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or half & half
- 3 Tbsp diced cold butter
- 1 egg
Mix all ingredients well. Take heaping Tbsps of dough and form into a ball or just dallop onto cookie sheet.
Bake 12 minutes or until just starting to turn golden.
Makes about 6, depending on size you choose to make them.
