Cucumber, Dill Salad
1 large cucumber, cut in half then thinly sliced
1/2 onion, very thinly sliced
2 tsp sea salt
3 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp finely chopped, fresh dill
Toss sliced cucumber and onions with sea salt and Greek yogurt and dill. That’s all! Serve right away or refrigerate for later. Delish!
